What is PC Linked ActIn Time Support Contract?
A PC Linked ActIn Time Support Contract is the name given to the support
agreement that ActIn Time offers all of its PC Linked customers.
When you purchase a new system, you will receive free cover for the first year. After
this period, you will be sent an invoice for the following year. An ActIn Time Support
Contract is not compulsory but is highly recommended!
What cover does it provide?
Each year:
- Telephone Software / Hardware Support
- 'On Site' visits / repairs / labour
- Priority response over 'non' support contract customers
- Free software/firmware updates
- 10% reduction on all additional equipment
- 10% reduction on all consumables

Software Support starts from: £150.00 + VAT | Hardware Cover starts from: £100.00 +VAT per terminal

What is Swap Out ActIn Time Support Contract?
A Swap Out ActIn Time Support Contract is the name given to the support agreement
that ActIn Time offers all of its Time Recording & Date Stamp customers.
We are proud to offer the advantages of the NEW Swap Out cover, which eliminates
the risk of high repair costs, expensive engineer visits, parts etc, and limits the chances
of
a full system failure for longer than 24hrs. In today's society it is normally too expensive
to cover critical equipment at a cost effective price which is why Swap Out cover has
generated so much interest by our customers, providing 1st class service at a 3rd class price!
